* Independently implement features based on provided requirements
* Heavy refactoring experience is strongly desired.
* Review implementation plans from other devleopers. Offer suggestions to improving architecture and implementation.
* Working through code reviews and refactoring to improve product quality and maintainabilty
* Able to work with a messy code base with lots of technical debt (until we can refactor it, of course)
