We are seeking a mid to senior level Python developer to join our expanding
team and work on a diverse range of projects. Primarily you will work
alongside our senior development team to deliver business-critical
applications using modern development practices. Our ideal candidate should
enjoy problem solving and will be encouraged to explore the use of technology
to improve day-to-day company operations. We offer opportunities to take

##### **Job Responsibilities:**
* Help architect and build out our web app backend
* Work with the front end team to create API interfaces
* Lead the way in developing scalable microservices
* Work on advanced financial forecasting algorithms and ML
* Upgrade our infrastructure to enterprise grade security
* Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
* Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
* Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
* Implementation of security and data protection
* Integration of data storage solutions
* Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
##### **Qualifications and requirements:**
* Should have good knowledge of Python and Django.
* Expert experience writing production-grade, maintainable Python code
* Extensive knowledge of web applications, relational databases, ORMs
* Familiarity with AWS and security best practices
* A keen eye for clean/minimal code and well thought out software architecture
* Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and operate independently
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Can lead a team of developers and also work single-handedly.
