**Key responsibilities:**
Manage a team of high-calibre Front End Engineers working on building next-
generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end
abstractions and systems.
Recruit, hire mentors, and coach Software Engineers at different levels of
experience.
Collaborate with the product, business, design, and engineering functions to
be on top of the team's deliverables & milestones.
Timely delivery of highly reliable and scalable engineering architecture, and
high quality, maintainable, and operationally excellent code for the team.
Track & monitor team & individual performance, building continuous improvement
into the process.
Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

**Requirements:**
A bachelor's/master's degree with 8+ years of the overall experience, a good
understanding of Javascript internals and at least 3 years of working
experience with ReactJS.
Have worked in product software development teams that have taken individual
module-level responsibility and have taken the product to production/customer
deployments.
Passionate about algorithms, design patterns, open-source technologies, and in
general good software design.
Excellent leadership skills and communication skills to mentor the engineers.
Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and
available setup.
