We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our
team. As a Software Engineer at BoviSync, you will play a crucial role in
building new features within our web application and app, as well as enhancing
existing functionality. Your ability to collaborate effectively with our
close-knit team and your aptitude for logical problem-solving will contribute
to the continued success and growth of our software products.
##### **Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy new features for our web application and mobile app.
* Maintain and enhance existing features to improve performance, user experience, and overall functionality.
* Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, React and the other languages in our stack.
* Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions.
* Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve our software products.
##### **Qualifications and Skills:**
* Strong proficiency in Python and React is essential. Familiarity with AngularJS is a plus.
* Experience in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging.
* Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to logically follow a process from start to finish.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a track record of being a great team player.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Exposure to or experience in the Agriculture/Dairy industry is a plus.
##### **Education and Certifications:**
* While specific educational requirements are not mandatory, a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
