## **What you’ll be doing:**
Are you a skilled lawyer with a passion for the financial sector? Are you
seeking an opportunity to provide legal support to a dynamic and fast-growing
fintech company? As a Regulatory Lawyer, your role will be vital in ensuring
we maintain good relations with regulators and regulations by providing legal
support for our day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on
regulatory work, supporting customer service and debt recovery teams with
complicated challenges.
* Resolving legal complaints and addressing customer service problems related to regulatory issues.
* Managing the document management system to ensure proper organization and accessibility of legal documents.
* Handling complaints from consumer protection agencies and responding to queries/complaints from regulatory bodies, such as the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), with exceptional quality, representing the company effectively.
* Engaging in litigation when necessary to protect the company's interests in regulatory matters.
* Developing and creating template answers for customer service/support to ensure usability and relevance in regulatory contexts.
## **We’re looking for:**
* Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities for practical regulatory work.
* Proficiency in contract drafting and legal document review, with a keen eye for regulatory compliance.
* Experience in litigation and conflict resolution related to regulatory issues.
* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with regulatory bodies, particularly consumer protection agencies.
* Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to regulatory work.
* Independent thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex regulatory challenges.
* Fluency in the Finnish language (beneficial).
