**Job Summary:** As an Innovation Consultant at Boardy, you will play a vital
role in shaping the strategic direction of our product. Your insights and
expertise will help drive innovation, ensuring that Boardy remains at the
forefront of AI technology and continues to deliver meaningful and valuable
connections between users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, optimize processes, and
implement solutions.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Identify and assess new opportunities for innovation and growth within the AI and technology landscape.
* Collaborate with the founding team to develop and refine Boardy's strategic vision and roadmap.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging trends.
* Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative solutions and innovative ideas.
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement and scale innovative solutions.
* Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, including the founding team and investors.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented innovations, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, technology, and innovation methodologies to ensure Boardy remains a leader in the industry.
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners, industry experts, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
* Document innovation processes, methodologies, and best practices to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
**Required Skills**
* Proven experience in innovation consulting, strategy, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically about innovation.
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Familiarity with innovation methodologies and tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
