**_Blu Power Solutions’ Purpose_**
Our company is a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) firm specializing in
helping companies outsource a portion of their staff to call centers within
LATAM (Latin America). We have our headquarters in Katy, Texas along with
multiple call center offices in Colombia.
**_Blu Power Solutions’ Medium-Term Objectives_**
The founders of Blu now seek to create a new branch of our organization
focused on building call centers throughout LATAM. We shall start by
continuing to expand in Colombia as well as entering the Salvadorian BPO
market. To make this come to fruition this new branch of Blu will be a
structured as a boutique Private Equity fund focused on investing in the
creation and expansion of our call centers. In addition, we will begin
servicing BPO clients in the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
**_Why Blu is Seeking Salespeople From the University of Houston_**
We need three sales professionals (UH sales students) to help us expand in
this new era of our organization. The sales students will have two roles,
contacting call center brokerages so that they may sell our services to their
network on our behalf. Every time a call center brokerage closes a sale, the
UH sales student will receive a residual commission for the lifetime of the
contract. The other, and most important, role will be to give sales
presentations to Qualified Purchasers (QPs are a class of investor that have
+$5m in investments). Examples of QPs are family offices, wealthy individuals,
and college endowments. The average investor in our fund will invest around
$10m. Our team will manage this capital by investing it into BPO offices,
scaling these BPO centers, and later selling them in nine to ten years.

When a student meets their KPIs:
• Achieving KPI goals for three months in a row results in a bonus in the form

the amount of sales they secured
