### Job Description
* Answer incoming user support conversations and requests via our freshdesk portal
* Triage incoming requests and escalate higher-level issues when needed
* Create and update documentation and help center content
* Break down technical information into easily digestible content for customers
* Provide informed recommendations on configurations to meet customer objectives
* Uncover customer issues through step by step technical debugging
* Coordinate with product and engineering team to make sure product development is in sync with customer requirements
### What we are looking for
* At Least 3 years of customer service and technology experience
* Experience with Linux/SQL/System Architecture
* Outstanding written and team communication skills
* Comfortable with autonomy and working in a fast-paced start-up environment
* Ability to quickly learn new technical aspects
