_Promotional Product Industry Experience a Must_

Take a look around your house - can you find any promotional products? Maybe
you have a T-shirt or another giveaway from a popular brand. Or perhaps a pen
from your local bank. Maybe you have some swag from a company you previously
worked at, a gift from a non-profit, or a medal from that last 5K run event.
The reality is promotional products are everywhere- bought by every type of
company out there - and your job will be to sell these types of products to
your book of business that you'll be building.

We're looking for a qualified Sales Representative to run and manage your own
book of business for selling promotional products. With a network of thousands
of suppliers, we have the ability to sell over 600,000 various items and
retail brands: any and everything from apparel, drinkware, bags, tech items,
awards, giveaways, home goods, and more.

We're looking for hunters who aren't afraid to go find new business, and
leverage existing networks to seek out key buyers across various industries.
Think through your network - do you know owners of companies, or folks in
marketing or HR who would be responsible for buying promotional products for
their company? Maybe they need a gift for all new hire employees, plan to send
company branded gifts to clients, or want to build a merch launch for a new
milestone at their company.

We'll provide the tools and resources to run meetings with prospects -
learning more about their needs, and presenting various items and options for
their projects. Once the company signs off on what they would like to order,
you'll then hand the order off to our back-end team to help with all those
things that aren't actively selling- and our team will handle order
processing, invoicing, tracking, and more. You'll own your accounts, so you
can continue selling into each account for the various products and projects
they'll need throughout the year, and can continue adding clients to your
customer base. Repeat orders and repeat clients means more $$ in your pocket
for less work in the future. You can be successful having hundreds of smaller
accounts who only spend a few thousand dollars each year, or having a few key
accounts who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in promotional items each
year.

We'll pay either hourly or a base salary (depending on circumstances) with
commission for each sale closed-but the end goal will be for you to build up a
large enough book of business and clients to move to a commission only
structure -earning more on each deal you close. We're a small company of only
a few people- and you'll be working directly with one of the owners.

We're looking for people who have experience in sales and account management,
and at least 1 year of experience in the promotional product industry, and
also have a large active network they can leverage to bring on new clients.
Experience in the promotional products industry is not required but
preferable. Experience in sales is a must, and demonstrated history of success
in sales roles where you prospected and built your own book of business.
