About the Role As a Founding Engineer at BiteSight, you’ll be key in building
and scaling the technical infrastructure that changes the way people order
food delivery forever. You’ll work on everything from enhancing our
recommendation engine and adding social features to improving video encoding
and building the tools that make sure our users get their orders—all to create
the food delivery experience of today and tomorrow. You’ll be joining a small,
passionate team of foodies where you’ll have a direct impact on the trajectory

your age or how many years of experience you have—we’re looking for someone
who’s a cracked full-stack engineer, ready to tackle whatever challenges we
throw your way. If you’ve got the skills and the drive to figure things out
and make them work, you’re exactly who we want. You love building and have
experience across the stack working with technologies including Python,
PostgreSQL, and hopefully Swift/Swift UI. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup
environment and are excited by the ambiguity and challenges that come with
building something from the ground up. You have a passion for food and

delivery experience for users. You’re a clear thinker and communicator, able
to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
