BetterBarter is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Technology
Officer (CTO) to lead and drive our technology vision and strategy.
We're building an innovative pwerpetual product for Bitcoin with exposure to
leveraged pay-out with no margin, No expiry, No liquidation and a lot of
superior abilities compared to futures and options.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Mathematics, computer
science and cryptography.
Responsibilities;
1. Manage and lead the technology team
2. Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and goals
3. Manage the technology budget and resources effectively
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the technology team
Requirements ( Must-have );
1. **Strong mathematical background** , with experience in developing mathematical models and algorithms
2. Proven track record of delivering scalable and innovative technology solutions
3. Experience in blockchain, cryptography, and cryptocurrency
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
BetterBarter focuses on Blockchain / Cryptocurrency. Their company has offices
