**Your responsibilities:**
* Architect and build our provider frontend tools and provider/payer backend tools from 0 to 1
* Plan, prioritize, and delegate work within the development team in order to hit development milestones
* Balance speed with quality in order to build a trusted and well-tested product for customers
* Actively contribute to a positive team culture
**Expertise we value:**
* 5+ years of experience as a software engineer developing complex applications, particularly owning projects from 0 to 1
* Skilled problem solver who thinks through and executes on solutions that incorporate user experience, scalability, and operability
* Strong work ethic and humility with willingness to dive into code when problems arise
* Ability to attract, judge, and manage top talent
* Ability to communicate well, accept and give feedback, and contribute to a positive team culture
* Passion for working on something that makes a difference in the world
