**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Product Salesman for BDCU, you will help create and build a new team for
an Internal priority project. You will be responsible for networking based on
past experience and contacts, generate new leads, and nurture these
opportunities into new, developed business for a novel product. BDCU will
support you with all the information you need. Based on success you will work
with one of BDCUs Founding Partners or Sales Director to build out this team
and new division based on your home region, country or state.

This is more than just a sales role at BDCU. This will be a multi-faceted
opportunity that will require exercises in marketing, content creation, market
segmentation, operational systems implementation, process optimization,
leadership, and many other aspects involved with building a business. If
you're passionate about wearing multiple hats, and physically seeing the
fruits of your labor manifest themselves with a new, exciting product that
will provide upward, professional mobility (based off of merit and

**So there is no confusion** This is a purely commission (residual income)
based position until a modicum of success and growth in the relationship has
been established. BDCU does not immediately hire internal employees based on
its own growth plan, that being said BDCU treats its team right and provides a
very high level of return on effort.

Product: Sanatyze or HOCL (Hypochlorous Acid)
Manufactured and Distributed in the US

**What is Hypochlorous acid (HOCl)?**
HOCl is a 100% natural cleaning and disinfectant product that fits in multiple
industries. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a unique chlorine subspecies well
known for its antimicrobial properties. In fact, itโ€™s most famously known for
being naturally produced by white blood cells in all mammals to fight
infections. The substance effectively eliminates a broad range of
microorganisms. Recent technology in electrolysis has allowed this compound to
be produced outside of our bodies. The compounds that make up HOCl are useful
cleaning and disinfecting solutions for many types of hard and soft surfaces.
Hypochlorous acid is a disinfectant that kills and inactivates a wide range of
germs, viruses, biofilms and more. Facilities can maximize the effectiveness
of their cleaning programs by using the solutions in a two-step cleaning and
disinfecting process. EPA- and FDA-approved.

HOCl is completely harmless to humans and other mammals. It is a very strong
electrolyzed water disinfectant and sanitizer. More effective than chemical
sanitizers, chlorine, hydrogen peroxide and ozone. HOCl eliminates odors, and
is safe on materials.

**YOUR IMPACT AT BDCU**

* Be able to work independently, while communicating opportunities for sales with the executive team
* Build up/generate high volume clients in the following markets: Ag, medical, manufacturing/food-safe facilities, janitorial, gym, schools, city government, management, oil and gas, water treatment, labs, restaurants, spas, etc...
* Be able to have video and phone calls with a Founding Partner or Sales Director weekly (occasionally even more often)
* Be able to communicate with any and all types of industry clients (note the above examples)
* Can be specialized to your network and experience
* Utilize created content, sales sheets and research to sell product
* Work with, mentor, and mold your team members into a salesforce
* Utilize video and phone call products as a main source of customer interaction
* If possible - face-to-face meetings and communication are always best
* Travel as needed to pitch and close sales and partnership opportunities
* Focus on continuous process improvement
* Facilitate effective communication within the team to create a positive, productive environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* 5+ years of experience building and managing networks, product sales and developing sales teams
* Experience in the area of consumer or B2B product sales
* Being able to manage your time individually
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision making
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
* Enthusiasm to build something new and tangible
* Eagerness to grow this division and your professional career
* A "team player", collaborative mentality
