**Desired Skill Sets & Technologies:**
* Full stack development background experience in multiple phases of a web-based software development process.
* Comfortable in an agile development environment. .
* Experience or interest in working in our stack: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, NextJS, Prisma, Azure.
* Expertise in common languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, CSS, etc.
* Expertise in common frameworks such as React, AngularJS, VueJS, etc.
* Expertise in testing frameworks for web application development.
* Expertise in backend application server environments such as Node.js.
* Relational database experience.
* Experience with modern deployment environments/platforms such as Vercel or Netlify.
**Qualifications for success:**
* A portfolio or references for past work.
* Experience working in cross functional teams.
* A generalist with aptitude for quick learning. As an agile startup, swimming outside of the lanes is encouraged and sometimes necessary.
* Understanding of equity focused design (accessibility)
* Creative freedom to bring new ideas, run fast with fewer constraints, autonomy.
* Ability to work hard to achieve milestones or travel periodically as needed.
* No hard years of experience or degree requirement.
