We seek a motivated and technically capable Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to
join our Engineering community. You will enable our product teams to improve
how we develop, build, release, and iterate on our software.

**What You Will Work On**
* Work with our cloud and security engineering teams to improve our platform's developer experience and operational excellence
* Develop software to automate transparency and gaps in existing tooling and vendors
* Maintain and advance our observability stack

* Develop skills across a variety of platforms and leverage open-source projects like Open Telemetry
* Participation in member, clinical, and partner incident management practices
**Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with software developers, infrastructure engineers, and data scientists to help implement robust and scalable software products
* Create workshops, training, and knowledge sharing across the organization
* Contribute in general to team deliverables
* On-call rotation for our production environment. We offer out-of-hours compensation.
**Required Skills**
* Proficient coding in Python
* Building and supporting teams creating cloud-native applications
* Experience with at least one major cloud vendor
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
* Extensive experience with Terraform provider and module development
* Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices
* A collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset
**Desirable**
* Comfortable building and maintaining Python codebases.
* Enjoys troubleshooting a variety of programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Rust, Golang, and Ruby
* Deep understanding of building distributed systems on AWS
* Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD
* Production knowledge of Postgres and Redis administration
* Appreciation of the nuance of working in a regulated environment
