##### **How You Contribute to Our Vision: Key Responsibilities**
* Lead design and technology initiatives and mentor fellow developers.
* Must have a strong understanding of React & Node.js
* Collaborate with the development team and product managers to ideate software solutions.
* Design client-side and server-side architecture.
* Participate in code reviews and help to guide software architecture decisions.
* Translate designer mock-ups, wireframes and data flows into UI’s with modern tooling such as HTML5, CSS and React.
* Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
* Write effective APIs.
* Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
* Create security and data protection settings.
* Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
* Write technical documentation.
* Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.
* Design user interactions on web pages.
* Develop a flexible and well-structured front and back-end architecture.
* Create servers and databases for functionality.
* See project through from conception to finished product.
* Meet both technical and consumer needs.
* Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
##### **About You: Skills & Attributes**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years experience as a software engineer
* Proven track record as both a Front End and Back End Developer
* Experience with React and Node.js is a must
* Experience with Python highly preferred
* Experience with DynamoDB is a plus
* Familiarity with modern tech stacks
* Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
* Customer focused mind set
* Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent problem solver
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
