📅 A proven track record of 8+ years of software engineering experience, with
at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
📈 Experience in a high-growth scaling startup where you’ve grown and led
projects while still being hands-on
📊 A keen attention to detail and a passion for building products to the
highest standards across many dimensions (user experience, performance,
reliability, security, etc.)
🧑🔬 Experience establishing goals and deliverables, and the ability to keep
key partners informed throughout the product development lifecycle
🔍 Experience attracting, retaining, supporting, and growing excellent Software
Engineering talent

our customers’ needs
