We are seeking an experienced **Principal Solutions Architect** to join our
growing team! As a trusted technical leader, you will work at the intersection
of business and technology, partnering with customers, internal teams, and
external stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions. Your
expertise will drive the successful implementation of scalable architectures
that solve complex business challenges while maximizing the value of our
products and services.
This role combines technical depth, strategic thinking, and customer focus to
ensure successful delivery of solutions while enabling long-term growth for
our clients and our organization.
### **Key Responsibilities**
π **Solution Design and Architecture**
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures.
* Provide guidance on system integration, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture best practices.
π€ **Customer Engagement and Advocacy**
* Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
* Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
* Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to influence product roadmap and improvements.

* Drive innovation by identifying and recommending cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes.
* Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales.

* Provide hands-on technical expertise during pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, including API integrations and debugging.

### **Qualifications**
π **Experience and Skills**
* Experienced in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role.
* Deep expertise in system design, cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration.
* Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, microservices, and data architectures.
* Ability to review and debug code (e.g., JSON, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
* Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
