Position Description:
The Senior Full Stack Software Developer will be *Onsite* in the Blue
Lagoon/Doral area and will build, support and maintain the system and tools to
support our technology platform.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop software using VB.NET and C#, MS SQL, and Azure (Azure SQL, Azure Web Apps, Blob).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PM's, Developers, Designers, and end users to develop and design software solutions that meet our business requirements.
* Working with the QA team to develop test plans.
* Review code ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
* Ensure the development process follows Agile/Scrum methodology.
* Manage multiple projects / project teams and coordinate efforts / merges.
* Train and mentor junior developers as the team expands.
* Design / build client and server-side architecture, focusing on appealing visual design, effective APIs, responsiveness, efficiency, security, and data protection.
* Write technical documentation, contribute to interface design and system architecture, and support data governance strategy.
* Design and implement automated testing strategies and frameworks for both front-end and back-end software systems.
* Write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
* Familiarity with multiple testing methodologies including: black-box testing, white-box testing, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in full stack software development.
* Strong proficiency in VB.NET, C#, MS SQL, and Azure Serverless Architecture.
* Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices(CI/CD).
* Experience with Project Management Software i.e. Jira.
* Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries including: HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery.
* Knowledge of front-end frameworks including: Angular, React, Node.js.
* Knowledge of multiple back-end languages including Python/C#/VB.net and backend frameworks such as Flask, Django.
* Server and cloud infrastructure(Azure) management and for the relevant environments.
* 3+ years of JavaScript development experience (client and server-side).
* Experience with UI/UX design is preferred.
* Familiarity with databases including MSSQL, MySQL, and web servers such as Apache, IIS.
* Experience in designing and integrating REST / gRPC API architectures
