**Job Duties and Description:**

The Sales Leader at ARMR is primarily focused on new business development and
client retention, aiming to close around 25 quality clients per year. This
individual serves as the main point of contact between ARMR and potential new
clients, responsible for identifying potential targets, presenting ARMR's
capabilities, and ultimately securing clients.

Key to success in this role is meeting revenue targets and minimizing client
attrition. We value quality over quantity, and prioritize long-term client
relationships over short-lived engagements. Therefore, it's crucial to bring
in clients that align with our services and are likely to remain with us.

The role involves various avenues for client acquisition, including trade
shows, outbound email campaigns, and leveraging relationships with our current
tool providers. Our potential clients are any companies selling physical
products on Amazon, excluding books and jewelry, with a focus on sectors such
as food, fashion, beauty, toys, tools, pets, and home.

The Sales Leader should be able to quickly resonate with brands, comprehend
their frustrations, concerns, and challenges in e-commerce and brick-and-
mortar sectors, and effectively explain how ARMR's services can address these
issues. A successful candidate should identify decision-makers at these
companies, understand their pain points, and be able to convincingly
demonstrate how ARMR's services resolve these concerns.

Once a client is secured, our expert-level Onboarding Specialist, who has been
with us for many years and has extensive industry experience, steps in. The
Specialist starts building a relationship with the new client and takes over
execution for the next three months, beginning two weeks after the client
signs the agreement. After this period, an Account Manager takes over.

This well-structured system allows our Sales Leaders to confidently hand off
new clients to capable and experienced hands, enabling them to focus on
attracting new, high-quality clients. Given that the sales cycle can take
several months, patience and persuasive abilities are vital attributes for the
Sales Leader role.

ARMR focuses on Ecommerce, Amazon, Digital Marketing, and Account Management.
Their company has offices in Seattle. They have a small team that's between
11-50 employees.
