team as a Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate is passionate about

will be responsible for generating sales, driving results, and promoting our
prefabrication services and tools for construction. You will have the

flexible hours and a straight commission structure with uncapped earning

**Computer Skills**
* Familiar with 3D modelling and BIM software platforms.
* Familiar with fabrication drawings and BOM lists.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, utilizing consultative selling techniques.
* At least 5 years of work experience in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) or oil and gas industries.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Proven track record of increasing sales and establishing new client accounts.
* Ability to analyze and understand customers' technical and other requirements.
* Strong understanding of BIM software platforms, parametric 3D modeling, and file-to-factory workflows.
* Experience with design, engineering, and fabrication preparation processes in construction.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and take direction.
* Self-driven and motivated with high energy and a confident, positive attitude. Consistent and disciplined.
* Must have reliable transportation.
**Advantage**
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in sales, communications, business, negotiation, mediation and equivalent.
* Sales experience and broad network from within the construction industry.
