**About the Role:**

21Shares is eager to hire an internal sales relationship manager to support
the 21Shares’ distribution efforts in the US markets, contributing to the
growth of assets under management (AUM) and expanding our wealth and
institutional client base. Your primary responsibilities include executing on
pre-qualified leads, supporting sales planning, leading organic outbound
client acquisition strategies, and managing existing client relationships. In
addition, you will support clients on their investment journey and lead ETF
and digital asset research training sessions.

This role is a mid-level position with the opportunity to grow within the firm
by supporting 21Shares' growing business in the US and establish 21Shares as
the provider of choice in the digital asset space. This is a cross-functional
sales role, working with marketing, product innovation, capital markets,
portfolio management, and other internal teams to execute on the growth
strategy.

**Key Responsibilities and Scope:**

* Spearhead our sales efforts by developing deep relationships with Financial Advisors and Institutional clients.
* Be a consultative business partner to help clients navigate markets, portfolios, business issues, etc., in relation to their digital asset investments.
* Drive organic asset growth (flows) by positioning 21Shares’ Digital Asset ETF suite.
* Maintain up-to-date CRM system and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience
* Collaborate with marketing, research, capital markets, product, and portfolio management team and assist in preparing sales collateral and client materials
* Monitor incoming client queries via the team inbox/CRM
* Participate in research training sessions focused on ETF markets and digital assets
* Provide back-up for other country teams and contribute to the team ethos across the firm

**The Ideal Candidate is:**

* Comprehensive understanding of the advisor ETF sales process
* Passion for the digital assets space
* 3+ years of industry experience
* Holds the following valid licenses: Series 7 + Series 63 or 66
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* Passionate and client-centric, with a desire to contribute to growing an extraordinary business at the forefront of the digital assets space
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and navigate/coordinate with various groups within the organization

**Other Requirements:**

* Ability to work onsite three days a week in our New York office
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Highly motivated team player
* Bonus: Coursework or participation in blockchain

**This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our
New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.**

_(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City
administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $120,000 -
$160,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors
unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years &
depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may
differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations._
