Position Overview: The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for
identifying, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive
mutual growth and align with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
A. Initiate and establish relationships with potential partners through
meetings, conferences, and other channels.
B. Develop partnership proposals, including defining the scope of
collaboration, commercial terms, and mutual obligations.
C. Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements ensuring alignment
with the company’s strategic objectives.
2. Relationship Management:
A. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring
consistent communication and alignment.
B. Organize regular review meetings to evaluate the progress and effectiveness
of partnerships.
C. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the partnership.
3. Collaboration and Integration:
A. Work cross-functionally with teams like marketing, sales, product, and
operations to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership
initiatives.
B. Monitor the performance of partnerships, ensuring they meet the predefined
KPIs and suggesting improvements or changes when necessary.
Qualifications:
1. 2-7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role.
2. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Previous Fintech Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
