### **Demand Generation & Growth Manager:**
We are looking for an amazing Demand Generation and Growth Manager to help
shape and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy. Your core objective will
be to discover and implement successful lead generation tactics, while helping
us drive efficient customer acquisition + retention via targeted marketing
campaigns. This role is best for someone who has experience finding clever
ways to engage buyers in B2B / SaaS environments, and most importantly, is
eager to experiment.
### What You Will Own:
* Design marketing experiments that deepen our understanding of our customers and allow us to drive conversions within our marketing funnel
* Work directly with our VP of Sales and CEO
* Manage our lead lifecycle, nurturing, segmentation, and scoring efforts
* Collaborate with our GTM team on customer personas and lead the efforts in building successful messaging and marketing campaigns
* Assemble materials (one-pagers, presentations, flyers, etc.) to position the company for execution and closing
* Identify and report key metrics that measure marketing / demand generation campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders
* Partner with our front-end engineers to maximize our core website through user testing, data analysis, and conversion optimization
### What You Will Bring:
* Preferably 3-5 years of Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth experience
* Proven ability to build, test, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and various tactics such as inbound/outbound, account-based marketing, paid acq, SEO…etc
* Superior analytical skills and ability to make / communicate ROI-informed decisions
* Professional experience working in a SaaS / B2B technology company; fintech and financial services is a plus
* Deep personal curiosity, an inquisitive mindset, and a thirst for experimentation
