Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a seasoned LLM/GPT Data Scientist to
bolster our innovative team. As a part of Alpha.AI, you'll play an
instrumental role in crafting, training, and customizing advanced GPT designs
pertinent to LLM with a focus on leveraging enterprise data for finance, M&A,
and beyond. The candidate will exhibit mastery in Python coding, deep
understanding in data science (DS), ML, and AI, and the prowess to
independently navigate intricate challenges while spearheading project teams.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage in-depth experience with GPT models to craft, train, and fine-tune
solutions for LLM, emphasizing on Skylark's specialty in finance and M&A
applications.
• Utilize ML expertise in diverse applications, encompassing structured
enterprise data, predictive analytics, and insight generation.
• Develop and adjust generative AI structures and strategies such as GAN, GPT,
and related methodologies tailored to Skylark's proprietary data engines.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to conceive and deploy avant-garde
solutions capitalizing on LLM and GPT structures.
• Guide and mentor a brigade of 2-5 ML professionals, leading projects from
inception to fruition.
• Pioneer R&D efforts in the domains of LLM, GPT, and associated arenas.
• Remain abreast of contemporary breakthroughs in ML, AI, and DS.
Requirements:
• Demonstrable expertise with GPT frameworks, specifically in tailoring them
for LLM projects within finance and M&A domains.
• In-depth understanding of ML and its applications in extracting insights
from structured enterprise data.
• Profound knowledge of generative AI techniques such as GAN and GPT.
• 5+ years of Python coding prowess.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in DS, ML, and/or AI.
• Distinct problem-solving flair and the capability to navigate multifaceted
challenges.
• Established leadership qualities with the dexterity to inspire and lead
project teams.
• Effective communication skills coupled with efficient teamwork acumen.
Nice to Have:
• MSc or PhD in a quantitative field (STEM+).
• Recognized contributions such as patents or publications in LLM, GPT, ML/AI,
or DS.
• Industry experience applying LLM, GPT, or ML in tangible projects,
especially in the financial sector.
