### About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the key liaison between Akindi and
our users, playing an integral part in shaping our future.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong, authentic relationships with users
* Ensure effective user onboarding and training
* Provide timely and helpful support
* Gather user feedback and advocate for their needs
* Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
* Conduct Zoom training sessions and webinars
* Create help articles and documentation
* Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience
### Tools You'll Use:
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
* Help desk ticketing system
* Video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom)
* Content management systems for documentation
### Qualifications
* Experience in customer success, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience supporting university or college instructors as an instructional technologist or as an instructional designer.
