**Position Overview:**
As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and growing our
enterprise & SMB sales team. You will play a key role in developing and
executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong
relationships with enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate should have a
proven track record in global sales leadership, a deep understanding of SAAS
solutions, and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.

**Responsibilities (Not limited to):**
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide strategic leadership to the enterprise sales team, setting clear
objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve individual and team
targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans as
needed.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
and market expansion.
Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with overall company
objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine
sales approaches.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-level clients
and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a customer-centric approach and
satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and
aligning solutions accordingly.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Oversee accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance and market
trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer success
teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
Foster effective communication channels between sales and other departments to
drive collective success.

**Qualifications:**
Experience:
8+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales on the global market, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and growing high-performance sales
teams.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the SAAS industry, market dynamics, and enterprise
sales processes.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and
guide a team to success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-Oriented:
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
