### What we're looking for
We’re looking for a **Senior UI/UX Visual Product Designer** to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a superstar with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Highly experienced and efficient, detail-oriented, with excellent organization
and artistic/creative direction.
You will join a team of UI, UX, and graphic designers that move fast to
deliver the highest value to our clients.
### Responsibilities
* Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to build products from 0 to 1, develop branded materials, and continually improve products with new feature development and strategy
* Create user-centric designs that beautifully simplify complex workflows
* Maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all product touch-points
* Create and maintain Figma prototypes and other UI artifacts that effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders
* Create project briefs and manage feedback rounds with UI/graphic/motion designers
* Utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, data visualization, creative thinking, and visual design skills
### **Qualifications**
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Strong portfolio that demonstrates design process and problem-solving skills
* Excellent with Figma, Notion, and Slack
* Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers
* Knowledge of UI & UX design principles and methodologies, including user research, prototyping, testing, and Atomic Design Systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is a requirement)
* If not based in New York must be available for a daily meeting with the NYC team between 5pm-7pm EST OR 9am-11am EST
### **Bonus**
* Experience with animation (AfterEffects), Cinema4D, creating 3D assets, IxD
* Experience with animation branding and logo design
*Please note: This role will start as a contractor position with the potential for candidates to transition into a full-time position after the trial period. The salary range is not an accurate reflection of the compensation package and is open for discussion based on the candidate's qualifications.
