It's go time for our company and need someone who wants to come along for the
journey.

200+ paying customers rely on us today, and we’re growing fast.

Now, we need a technical leader to maintain, scale, and build new features our
users have been asking for.

This isn’t just a maintenance role. We have a clear roadmap, and you’ll play a
huge role in shaping our next phase—including the introduction of
conversational AI to improve how sales professionals engage their leads.

We need someone who is hungry and ready to own this challenge as we want to
exit in less than 5 years.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

1. Maintain & optimize our platform to keep it fast, stable, and scalable.
2. Build new features that users have been requesting.
3. Improve integrations with real estate & mortgage CRMs (Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interractive, etc.).
4. Help define the product roadmap as we expand into new capabilities.

**Who We’re Looking For**

1. 5+ years in SaaS development with Laravel (PHP), Vue.js, MySQL.
2. Experience scaling an existing SaaS product (preferrably in Real Estate or Mortgage so you understand the industries we are in)
3. Familiarity with TCPA laws (ie Do-Not-Call, 1:1 Consent)
4. Strong API integration skills (real estate/mortgage CRM experience is a plus).
5. Can balance maintenance, feature development, and long-term vision.
6. A builder at heart—ready to roll up your sleeves and execute.
