Position Type: Full Time Employee, Monday – Friday business hours
* _Essentials *_
* Develop new solution capabilities with the product management team
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and hotfix existing releases
* Provide tier 2 technical support to customers and partners
* Engage with Microsoft engineers and ecosystem peers to remain abreast of emerging technology and best practices
* Actively research and implement cutting-edge tools and software
* Engage and collaborate with the system architect to make improvements in the software
* _Experience Requirements *_
* 5+ years of development experience with C#, X++ and JavaScript
* 5+ years of SaaS experience
* Full stack development experience
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, Visual Studio
* Knowledgeable with SaaS frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, ReactJS, Bower, Zurb, etc.
* Data migration
* Phased cutover implementation along with cutover planning
* Solid foundation in software engineering practices, coding, data structures, and debugging

* Proven ability to plan, schedule, and deliver high quality work product on tight deadlines
* Collaborative attitude with ability to work independently
* Comfortable with informal but ambitious work environment
* Strong customer interaction skills
