##### Job Description :
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct manual testing on both new and legacy applications or new features that have not yet been automated, with or without the use of formal test cases/scripts; Perform Black Box and White Box testing
* Review and understand testing requirements, process workflow, and report test results in JIRA defect management tool
* Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end test plans and test cases for product enhancements, according to project requirements; responsible for executing the plan and ensuring that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected
* Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities; provide input from testing perspective to assist in estimations and review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
* Provide timely, thorough, and concise updates for area of responsibility; Identify areas of risk and properly communicate them to the lead
* Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects, and help implement process improvements to minimize defects
* Assist the development team in debugging and replicating issues
* Research, Design, and Implement automation framework for automated testing using tools like TestProject
**Experience**
* BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
* Programming experience (Python or Javascript preferred)
* 5+ years experience with UI testing for Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web-based applications
* Self-motivated, especially with respect to learning new software tools and best practices in software quality assurance.
* Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of basic programming, software installation, and network configuration
* Ability to test complex multi-tiered web-based systems, mobile applications and browser extensions
