a Business Development Specialist on behalf of our new client in the AI SaaS
space._
Our client is revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their customers
through AI-powered chatbots and integrated appointment-booking solutions. The
platform provides service-based SMBs a simple solution (chatbot) to schedule
appointments via SMS without the use of a receptionist, sales development
representative, or any human.
Our clientβs mission is to empower service-based companies to deliver
exceptional customer experiences & increase sales. The chatbot consistently
outperforms human employees based on conversion rate (%) from interested lead
to scheduled appointment.
The reason for the opening now is because our client is transitioning from
founder-led sales to a sales team, so youβll have the opportunity to be on the
ground floor of a truly innovative and exciting company in Austin, TX.
**Role Description**
Weβre seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist that has experience
with lead generation, outreach, and booking sales appointments:
1. Lead generation: Building lists, extracting contact info, bulk outreach, personalization
2. Booking appointments: Cold/warm calling, CRM follow-ups (email, phone, LinkedIn), networking
3. (Optional) Closing deals: The opportunity to be trained on how to close deals & increase your commission % (only if the candidate desires)
This is a 1099 remote role for a Business Development Specialist through
Achieve Intelligence (we are a recruiting firm hiring for our exciting new
client).
This role is remote, but candidates in Austin, TX, will be prioritized because
they will be able to attend networking events with other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead generation for medical spas, cryotherapy centers, and other health/wellness-oriented businesses in Texas and across the USA
* Lead generation & strategy for new sectors within the SMB market, such as home services, professional services, etc.
* Booking meetings with business owners/managers who are responsible for making decisions & handle the marketing budget
* Closing deals by demonstrating the product and getting the approval of the Agreement from decision makers (this product is super easy to sell & simply showcasing the product in action is enough to convince them to buy)
* Primary goal is to close 1 deal per week. Stretch goal is 2 deals per week. True vision is 3+ deals per week
