Job Description

We're a stealth-mode startup revolutionizing how real estate professionals
understand and act on Single-Family Residential (SFR) market data. We're
seeking a talented Senior Engineer to build our next-generation property
intelligence platform from the ground up. Strong frontend candidates and
fullstack developers with Go experience are both welcome to apply.

**About the Role**

As one of our early engineering hires, you'll be instrumental in creating
sophisticated data visualization and analytics interfaces that make complex
property data intuitive and actionable. For candidates with Go experience,
you'll have the opportunity to work across the full stack, contributing to
both our frontend experience and backend services.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Core Frontend:**

* Architect and implement an intuitive, data-rich frontend using React and TypeScript
* Design and build scalable, reusable component systems
* Create advanced data visualization components and interactive dashboards
* Develop interactive mapping features and geospatial data visualizations
* Optimize performance for large datasets and complex analytical operations

**Additional for Fullstack:**

* Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices in Go
* Build efficient data processing pipelines for real estate analytics
* Optimize database queries and cache strategies
* Contribute to system architecture decisions

**Required Skills & Experience**

**Frontend Focus:**

* 5+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
* Advanced CSS skills including layout, animations, and responsive design
* Experience with modern component libraries (Shadcn, ChakraUI, or Material-UI)
* Proven track record with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Recharts)
* Experience building performant applications handling large datasets

**Fullstack Path** _(All frontend requirements plus)_ :

* Experience with Go in production environments
* Understanding of API design and RESTful principles
* Knowledge of database optimization and caching strategies

Preferred Qualifications

* Extensive experience with Mapbox GL JS and custom map visualizations
* Background in real estate technology or property data analytics
* Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
* Knowledge of data analysis and statistical visualization principles
* Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
* History of working with business intelligence tools
* Experience with geospatial data visualization and mapping systems
