conceptual knowledge and skills they need to thrive as future workers,
creators, consumers, and citizens. aiEDU was launched in 2019, and our funders
include Google.org, OpenAI, Schmidt Futures, The Ballmer Group, Patrick J.
McGovern Foundation, Microsoft, AT&T, Verizon, and Booz Allen Hamilton, among
many, many others. aiEDU was selected for four leading nonprofit accelerators:
Fast Forward, AT&T Aspire, Techstars, and the Columbia University eLab. Join
us to make a difference in education and help shape a brighter future for
today's and tomorrow's learners.

### **About the Role**

We are seeking a Talent Lead who will play a pivotal role in ensuring aiEDU's
achievement of hiring targets. Your primary responsibility is to combine full
cycle recruiting with strategic oversight of the hiring process, with the
ultimate goal of attracting and retaining "best-fit" candidates, streamlining
workflows, and scaling hiring procedures to align with our growth objectives.

Additionally, you collaborate with the Engagement Lead to build a creative
candidate pipeline through community engagement.

This role places a strong emphasis on ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
As a Talent Lead, you will actively engage in cross-functional collaboration,
guaranteeing the efficiency and customization of the hiring process, all while
prioritizing a positive candidate experience.

You will also be responsible for designing and organizing team building
activities and initiatives that promote teamwork, improve communication, and
enhance morale among our current team members.

**Full Cycle Recruiting - 40%**

This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for
various positions within the company. You will dedicate a significant portion

**Collaboration and Relationship Building - 20%**

You will work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to
understand their needs, align recruitment strategies, and provide ongoing
support. Equally important, you will build strong relationships with
candidates. These relationships are crucial for your success as they help you
match the right talent to the right opportunities while ensuring an
exceptional candidate experience.

**Hiring Process Development - 10%**

You will build and refine hiring processes to make them efficient and
effective and aligned with the organization's growth goals. This includes
creating workflows, implementing tools and technologies, and ensuring
compliance with employment laws.

**Data Analysis and Process Optimization - 10%**
