Candidate must be detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication
skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. It is critical to be able to
work in a fast-paced collaborative environment, be self-motivated, reliable,
and have the ability to initiate tasks independently.
##### **Required Qualifications:**
* BS in a related engineering field or computer science or equivalent years of experience
* Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a US government security clearance
##### **Responsibilities & Duties:**
* Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
* Test related functions: Create test strategies, plans, scripts and document results for multiple applications and software suites
* Understand user workflows and define user requirements through testing and analysis of software functions, user interfaces, and methods and practices
* Maintain requirements traceability matrices
##### **Recommended Skills and Experience:**
* Using analysis and critical thinking skills to determine and assess the needs of the user and then create software to meet the requirements
* Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to manage them
* Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services
* Knowledge of software development principles and one or more of the following programming languages: Javascript, Python or C#
* Experience with Javascript framework and packages such as Vue.js, Angular, React, or Express
* Knowledge of database principles, SQL, or similar query language
