### About Zeitgeist PM
Zeitgeist PM is a blockchain startup that is building technology for open
prediction markets and governance solutions. Prediction markets are exchange-
based markets that trade on the outcomes of future events. Academic literature
has consistently shown that prediction markets (PMs) are the best tool for
gathering an accurate signal on future outcomes, beating out polling and other
similar methods.
Supported by Zeitgeist Foundation, a Singaporean non-profit entity, the core
product of Zeitgeist PM is the Zeitgeist Network. The Zeitgeist Network is a
decentralized blockchain infrastructure built using Substrate that features
the core functionality of creating, trading, and resolving prediction markets.
Further to this, Zeitgeist PM also builds tooling such as the SDK for
interacting with the network, a front-end application for interacting with the
chain, and other necessary infrastructure.

### About the role
As Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing
a comprehensive marketing strategy that propels the company into its next
phase of growth. As the architect of our marketing systems, your primary goal
will be to increase our brand's visibility, deepen user engagement, and
significantly boost conversions through strategic, data-driven marketing
initiatives.This role requires a blend of strategic foresight and operational
excellence, ensuring our message not only resonates with our target
demographic but also drives measurable growth.
### Key Responsibilities
* ** Strategic Marketing Leadership:** Develop a robust marketing strategy that serves as the backbone for the company’s objectives. Your strategy will need to be both innovative and grounded, capable of adjusting to the market's pulse and positioning us as leaders in our space.
* **Audience Insight and Segmentation:** Conduct thorough market research to dissect and understand our target audience. Your ability to segment and tailor marketing efforts based on detailed insights will be critical in crafting messages that engage and convert.
* **Lead Generation and Nurturing:** Pioneer our lead generation systems, leveraging a sophisticated mix of content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies. Your goal is to build a pipeline that not only attracts but also matures leads into dedicated customers.
* **Innovative Acquisition Channels:** Test new avenues for customer acquisition, staying ahead of trends and adapting our strategy to capitalize on growth opportunities. Your foresight and agility in this area will drive our competitive advantage.
* **Product-Marketing Alignment:** Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure marketing and product strategies are in lockstep. Highlighting product features and benefits through marketing narratives should clearly communicate value to our target audience.
* **Marketing Analytics and ROI** : Implement and oversee a data-driven approach to marketing, utilizing analytics to inform strategy and measure success. Regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI will be key to our iterative improvement and growth.
* **Budget Management and Financial Oversight:** Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making processes across the marketing department to optimize campaign results and ROI
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Foster strong relationships with industry influencers, media, and partners to amplify our message and reach wider audiences.
### Qualifications
* Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in marketing leadership roles.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
* Experience in community building, influencer marketing, and brand development in the digital space.
* Experience with Prediction Markets is a plus.
