Job Description

### Position Overview:###

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our
direct response sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of driving sales growth in high ticket direct response environments,
exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, and a strong ability to
train and mentor sales managers. If you are a hands-on leader who is both
tactical in the weeds and strategically capable, this is the role for you!

OTE Base + Commission = $200k - $250k /year

### Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the high ticket direct response space, including identifying target markets, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Lead, mentor, and empower a team of sales managers to drive performance and exceed sales goals. Provide guidance and support in setting individual and team objectives, developing sales tactics, and implementing effective sales processes.
* Conduct regular sales performance reviews and analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Develop action plans and provide ongoing coaching and training to sales managers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development, negotiate strategic partnerships, and foster long-term relationships.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and tactics.
* Develop sales scripts and playbooks to guide sales conversations and enhance consistency and effectiveness across the sales team.
* Implement call quality control measures to ensure sales representatives adhere to best practices, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.

### Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high ticket environments.
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.
* Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles and practices.
