**The role:**

* Lead the technical evolution of our MVP AI-driven platform for automating operational and financial workflows in hospitals.
* Work closely with the founders and Product contractor.
* Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture design to implementation and testing.
* Be open to eventually mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology to continuously improve our platform.

**You must have**

* Proven experience as an early full-stack software engineer hire at venture-backed B2B startup
* Strong proficiency Python, JavaScript/Typescript
* Profeciency in VueJs
* Experience with PaaS such as Heroku and Render
* Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions.

**Great to have (any of them)**

* Practical knowledge on Prompt Engineering for LLMs
* Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain
* Knowledge of MQTT
